The data that the user gives are registered into the electronic database of ITC Srl. 
For data we mean the information provided during the registration to the service and the following modifications and/or completion received from the user.
The treatment of data takes place for finality:
-strictly connected to the managing of Tuner’s web site;
-of mailing activity;
-execution of duty provided by 675/96 Law;
-of Direct Mailing such as publicity an informative material forwarding;
-of product and services placement.

The data are divided in two categories: obligatory and optional, as registered in the forms.
The obligatory data are strictly necessary for the supply of services and for the security.
